B&B Lodging Room rates are based on double occupancy, each additional person is $30. Rates include a full delicious high country breakfast. On arrival you can enjoy complimentary welcome treats and one beverage from the wet bar in front of the fireplace, on the deck or anywhere on our tree covered property.

Check-in time is 4:00PM to 7:00PM and Check-out time is 11:00AM.
Special time arrangements can be accommodated if made in advance.
Children 5 years of age and older are welcome.
Our B&B may not be safe to accommodate kids under 5 years of age.
Pets of ANY KIND are not allowed.
NO SMOKING on the property.
Deposit of 50% of the total stay or first nights stay (whichever is greater) is required with reservations.
Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express accepted.
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be secured with a credit card.
Cancellations made 21 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 15 days before check-in there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the full lodging cost.
Cancellations made 7 days before check-in is non-refundable.
No cancellation fees will apply if reservations are rebooked.
